At Veezu, we believe in creating amazing journeys for all our colleagues. As our People DIrector, you will drive our people, culture, and processes to align with business strategy and objectives.
Reporting into the Chief Transformation Officer, your journey will involve fostering positive employee relations, implementing People initiatives, and ensuring alignment between Veezu’s objectives and People strategies.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyse regional trends and metrics in partnership with the broader People Organisation to develop solutions, programs, and policies to improve the People Organisation’s contribution to Veezu’s goals.
- Act as a strategic advisor to the leadership team on all people-related matters including levelling and team structure, coaching and feedback, employee relations, performance management, compensation benchmarking and benefits.
- Lead our team of People Partners, Advisors and Coordinators, continually upskilling and coaching them to help them achieve business goals.
- Develop and analyse key People metrics to identify trends, recommend proactive solutions, and support effective decision-making.
- Support with the delivery of the People Strategy and change management initiatives across the business.
- Be committed to maintaining our ISO27001 certification and set high standards for Information Security compliance.

Pay: From £90,000.00 per year
