Head of People Engagement and Culture, c£130,000 + excellent package, North West We are excited to be working with a FTSE business, supporting their search for a Head of People Engagement and Culture, reporting directly to the Chief People Officer. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the people strategy of a large, multi-location organisation and lead initiatives that drive talent development, culture transformation, and colleague engagement. In this role, you’ll take ownership of the People Engagement and Culture function, leading key areas such as OD, talent management, and early careers programs (including apprenticeships and graduate schemes). You will also bring generalist HR experience to support the business in maintaining its focus on the broader people needs. This role is based in the North West and will require days in the office and on various sites in the NW.
