We are looking to find a multi-skilled and hands-on HRBP to support c 200 people across UK, reporting directly to the HRD
The role will look after the full employee life-cycle, from talent management and recruitment, employee relations, DE&I and payroll process through to strategic project work.
You will be working with a passionate wider HR team, you’ll have a flexible and pragmatic approach and be able to work at a senior level whilst also rolling up your sleeves and doing more of the hands-on tasks!
The ideal candidate will have a consultative approach to HR, strong ER experience and CIPD qualifications. You will ideally come from a media/creative background and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
