Performance Analyst.

Salary: £45,147 per annum plus benefits.
Home-based with occasional travel.
37 hours per week (Mon Fri with Flexi-time)
12 Months Fixed Term Contract.

The role and what you take care of:
We are seeking a dedicated Performance Analyst with a passion for data and reporting. The successful candidate will manage performance reporting systems, collaborating with Magna teams to develop performance metrics, ensuring data accuracy, while acting as the subject matter expert.
Our focus is on delivering quality, affordable housing and services that enhance the lives of our customers. We aim to cultivate strong business partnerships, fostering long-term mutual success to help us provide exceptional homes and related services.
You will work with the business to collate, manage, and submit regulatory returns through the year and will provide insights to the senior management team and Boards.

What you need to be successful:
You should have a good understanding of the housing sector and relevant performance metrics and it would be advantageous to have worked with Housemark previously.
The role requires attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills are essential to present findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
You should demonstrate passion, commitment, and drive to consistently do the right thing and pursue continuous improvement in a fast-paced, adaptable, and collaborative environment.
