Here's a glimpse at what You'll be doing: As a performance marketing analyst, your impact will be felt immediately across our Growth team, sending ripples of innovation and improvement through our entire customer experience. You will be reporting to the Insights & Analytics manager and you'll be the go-to data expert supporting our acquisition strategy, delivering unparalleled data-driven value that resonates. Using your skills in visualisations, in-depth data analyses, statistical analyses, and problem-solving you'll take the lead in transforming raw data, into actionable insights. Here are just some of our data projects that you could be working on: Unearth our marketing channel data and provide insights on KPI performance by channel Conduct SEM channel journeys analysis to understand performance trends of PPC campaigns and make recommendations to improve user experience and spending efficiency (CPCs) Monitoring KPIs like CPA, ROAS, LTV to make suggestions on campaign improvements Develop custom attribution models to help understand performance measurement Build on our LTV model to help understand our paid search campaign profitability Expand our cohort analysis so we can direct specific funnel mechanics to customer groups Understand user landing behaviour and work on landing optimisation for each channel What you can expect from us: An environment that is supportive, and encourages innovation: Grow your expertise and explore new techniques and concepts! We are looking for someone who: Has at least 2 years experience as a Marketing Data Analyst in an eComm or online subscription-based business Has a strong knowledge of digital marketing channels (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing) and all key performance indicators Strong understanding of KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CLV, LTV etc Strong background in analysing large datasets, identifying trends and making data-driven decisions Understanding of SEO principles and how they align with paid marketing strategies Has proficiency working with SQL (MySQL, BigQuery) and/or Python and has experience with any visualisation tool (we currently use Tableau) Is able to prioritise and work with deadlines Strong ability to communicate insights and strategies to stakeholders and team members Is comfortable with making decisions and strategic calls Wants to continue acquiring new skills and technologies to solve problems Share our passion for Twinkl’s mission Benefits In return for everything you can bring, we can offer you an exciting role in a fast-growing and dynamic business, with plenty of career opportunities.
