Hours of Work: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Some overtime may be required during busy periods.

About the role

If you are an experienced Performance Marketer and want to be part of a business that truly makes a difference, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Marketing, PR & Communications team. This role will play a crucial part in supporting City Lit’s goals of increasing new student acquisition through Paid Social and PPC channels. Reporting to the Head of Performance Marketing, the successful candidate will support with the planning, execution, and measurement of campaigns. The role will work closely with the wider Marketing, PR & Communications team as well as across business and academic departments to deliver the overall business targets.

  • Experience within a similar role in-house or agency-side, ideally within an organisation with multiple stakeholders or product teams.
  • Hands-on experience of end-to-end ad campaign delivery on Meta (Instagram and Facebook) including creative planning, audience targeting, optimisation, and adopting a test and learn approach.
  • Hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Experience of using a content management system to publish content and design bespoke landing pages.
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
