We're currently looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join a reputable Fintech company based in Bridgend.
This role is newly created due to a recent £2m investment to launch a new product. It's a fantastic chance to join a company with a strong 17-year history, currently in a high-growth phase with plans to double in size over the next two years.
In this role, you'll have full ownership of performance marketing, working closely with sales to optimise and increase inbound leads - from mapping the funnel to driving quality results. You'll manage multiple channels (PPC, SEO, SEM, social media) and will have the autonomy to shape your strategy, including budget decisions.

You will be supported by an external Paid Media agency, responsible for reviewing these and suggesting improvements.
Ultimately, they're looking for a data-driven specialist who can take initiative and is excited about making something their own.
