Performance Marketing Manager

Performance Marketing Manager required to lead the development and implementation of a lead generation plan, across the complete value chain for both B2C & B2B customers. You will be joining a leading global healthcare brand that is transforming, with digital at the heart of that strategy. This role encompasses various key responsibilities aimed at driving new customer growth and enhancing customer retention through strategic marketing initiatives.

The primary accountabilities include managing and executing multi-channel paid marketing campaigns (PPC/ Paid Search & Paid Social) to generate high-quality leads for new business sales, while also implementing remarketing activities to support renewal targets. Additionally, the role involves optimising digital content for SEO and organic performance, and exploring new affiliate opportunities and paid channels.

The role also entails leading marketing efforts for strategic projects, managing a small team of growth marketing professionals (2-3 people),driving their digital marketing agency partners, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Required skills & experience;

  • Lead generation marketing ideally for both B2C and B2B (B2C essential, B2B a nice to have!)
  • Expertise in all paid media channels (PPC/ Paid Search & Paid Social)
  • Track record in performance management with ability to analyse data, track and report on marketing funnel performance
  • Experience with Google Analytics (GA3) (GA4 would be a huge bonus).
