We are looking for a hardworking, knowledgeable and personable Performance Planning Director to join one of Zenith’s most high profile accounts – Three mobile.
Sitting within the planning team, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing Three’s always on performance strategy. They will be expected to continue the excellent work and results we achieved for Three to date by evolving the performance function beyond traditional digital channels.
They will achieve this through a more holistic and strategic approach to channel selection which goes beyond last click metrics and embraces a wider view & understanding of performance media. Experience and understanding of how ATL channels, such as TV, work within the performance mix is a must.
The candidate will be expected to build close working relationships with all key stakeholders at Three by exhibiting a collaborative approach to performance media planning and building trust with their market leading industry knowledge.
They will be expected to work closely with all other areas of the business, most notably the brand team, to ensure our output is always working in close harmony in order to achieve all business goals.
The ability to construct and tell clear, coherent stories is crucial in order to bring together the myriad components of Three’s offering and subsequently bring key stakeholders, both internal and external, on a journey towards our strategic goals.
