Permanent Veterinary Surgeon - Northampton

Location: Within 25 minutes of Northampton

Role: A life-changing opportunity for a 5yr+ qualified confident small animal vet to be part of this family-owned, friendly team of 5 vets and 5 nurses. If you are great at making personal connections passionate about pleasing customers and want to work where clients know their vets by name and expect to trust them for life, this is your dream job.
Hours:
- 4 or 5 day week & ⅕ weekends. These can be flexible.
- No OOH, on-call, or Bank Holidays
Duties: Case continuity GUARANTEED; they match all clients to ‘their’ vet meaning you remain responsible for the health of their pets for life. With complete clinical autonomy and the support of a dedicated team, their goal is delighting customers. Focus on diagnostic choices and affordability instead of sales targets. Candidate: They are looking for a vet that -
- Remains calm under pressure with a smile

Salary: The salary for this role is between £50,000-£70,000 p/a depending on experience.
- Up to 20% of salary on target bonus (not sales-based but measurable)
