Job Description

The Role

Nicola Harding & Co is looking for a bright and capable Personal Assistant. Reporting into the Founder and Creative Director of this vibrant West London design studio, you will provide full PA support in all her day-to-day activities including support with social media channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend key internal and external meetings as requested, take minutes and circulate to attendees
  • Diary planning and management
  • Travel management including booking business and personal travel
  • Assist with creating and posting social media content and responding to messages
  • Expenses management
  • Tracking project-related hours and recording them daily/weekly in timesheets
  • Inbox management
  • Proactive management of all communications
  • Event planning and arrangements – liaising with catering, photographers and invitations.
  • Responding to ‘1-2-1 Consultation' enquiries and bookings
  • Management of NH&Co studio workshops – ensuring the smooth running of the day
  • Personal admin – buying presents, etc

What we’re looking for

You will be a bright and highly motivated graduate, able to demonstrate exceptional organisational, verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. We are looking for someone reliable, discreet and professional, who can consistently deliver high-quality work. You will have good judgment, diplomacy, and tact in handling sensitive situations and be skilled at maintaining the professional image that befits our Studio culture.

Experience & Qualifications Required

  • University graduate
  • IT literate and comfortable with IT systems. Proficient in working with Microsoft applications, including Outlook, calendar tools, project management software, and other tools that help streamline work and enhance productivity.
  • Previous experience working for a senior leader is essential
  • Previous P.A. experience is essential
  • Previous experience working within the creative sector is preferred
  • Previous experience of working within an owner-led/family-run business is preferred
