Job Description

We are working with a world-leading fuel trading firm based in the beautiful St James'. They are looking for a Spanish-Speaking PA to support their General Counsel and CFO

This will be a varied role with both personal and business requests and exposure to all areas of the business, including travel, lifestyle managements and home management.


JOB TITLE: Spanish Speaking PA


JOB TYPE: Full time, Permanent


COMPANY TYPE: Shipping


SALARY: Circa £50,000+ per annum


HOURS: Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 6.00pm


LOCATION: St James', London


CULTURE: Friendly team in a fast-paced and busy office


Responsibilities/Duties:



  • Dealing with both personal and business-related matters as required

  • Management of all personal related activities for Family both UK and Spain, including homes, transport, tax, social activities etc

  • Preparing presentations in conjunction with the marketing team

  • Working in conjunction with the other PA's in the organisation of company/customer events

  • Managing diaries, arranging meetings & booking rooms/venues across various time zones.

  • Preparation of meeting minutes & preparing documentation as requested.

  • Working with our inhouse Business Travel team to make the relevant personal & business travel arrangements, prepare travel itineraries and printing required documents.

  • First line of support for any C-suite employees as necessary

  • Working as part of the London PA/Administration team to provide cover to other PA's in absence

  • Supporting the rest of the team in ad-hoc administrative tasks as and when required.



The successful candidate will have:



  • Has experience in a similar role

  • Must be comfortable with MS Office suite and in working with IT systems

  • Demonstrates a flexible, 'can-do' attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Works well in a team environment

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to build good working relationships with all levels of seniority in the organisation

  • High level of organisation and time management of own duties

  • Proactive approach with ability to multi-task and anticipate problems or situations ahead of them arising

  • High level of attention to detail

  • Demonstrates discretion and acts confidentially

  • Spanish Speaking
