Personal Assistant/Secretary to the Managing Director

We are currently looking for an experienced personalassistant who will work on behalf of the Managing Director. This role willinvolve a plethora of different responsibilities, with a strong sense ofindependent, self-motivated working. You will work and communicate with a largevariety of staff; from Sales Executives to the Board of directors, prioritizingthe needs of the Managing Director.

Duties will includebut not be limited to:

  • Provide full administrative support to Managing Director andassist in administrative duties for Board of Directors.
  • Manage and prioritise appointments and meetings; diarisingfor the Managing Director.
  • Overseeing and managing the ordering and distribution ofuniform, stationary and other relevant supplies.
  • Attending reviews where necessary.
  • Archive documents in line with D M Keith standards as wellas adhering to legal policies and procedures - maintaining an organised,structured database.
  • Assisting in the organisation of company wide events, suchas the Christmas party.
  • Plan, diarise and set up for any relevant meetings.
  • Time keeping for the managing director to ensure smoothscheduling for the Managing Director and the board of directors.
  • Overseeing and managing the ordering and distribution ofuniform, stationary and other relevant supplies.
The successful candidate will also be expected to log customer complaints centrally, and respond to them in a timely manner, ensuring D M Keith standards are upheld.

  • Confident- Expected to work closely with the ManagingDirector and other senior staff across all Groups.

Working hours:

Working hours that are 5 days a week, 9:00- 5:30 with a 30minute break.
