JOB TITLE: Personal Injury Solicitor – Catastrophic Injury
PQE: 0-3 years’ PQE
LOCATION: Greater Manchester
SALARY: up to c£60,000 DOE
THE ROLE:
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Personal Injury Solicitor to join this Top 100 firm and work exclusively on Catastrophic Injury work. The appointed Personal Injury Solicitor will assist one of the team’s Partners with a mixed caseload of spinal cord, brain and amputation claims. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, taking and drafting witness statements, reviewing medical records, preparing instructions to Counsel and experts and attending Court hearings and conferences with Counsel.
THE CANDIDATE:
You will be a qualified Solicitor with 0-3 years’ PQE and have experience of assisting with catastrophic injury claims. To be successful in this role, you must be a confident self-starter and have a flexible approach to working. The Personal Injury Solicitor must have excellent communication and client care skills along with the willingness and ability to lead by example and share knowledge amongst the wider department.
