Fee Earner – Qualified or unqualified – Defendant insurance litigation – EL/PL – to £35,000Solicitor, Legal Executive or Litigation Executive – Casualty EL/PL – ManchesterLeading defendant EL/PL team – This is a fantastic opportunity with ‘top tier’ team handling caseload of fast track as well as some multi track EL/PL work for major insurers and corporates. Examples of work include a broad mix of cases including some more complex matters arising out of accidents at work. The team offers candidates the chance to build their own caseload whilst also offering a stepping stone to more complex, high-value work.Summary Quality technical EL/PL work from a range of ‘tier 1’ insurer and corporate clients This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team which will offer you the chance build on your EL/PL experience while growing your own caseload. Work varies from slips ‘n’ trips to more complex accidents at work across a range of sectors.Furthermore, the wider team handles matters all the way up to Catastrophic Injury / Large Loss cases.
