Pharmaceutical Omnichannel Strategy Manager
Contract duration: 12 months
Pay: £49/hour PAYE
Location: Uxbridge office (50/50 hybrid working)
Responsibilities:
- Campaign planning: Partner with Marketers, across all customer groups, to translate key segmentation hypotheses into brand’s omnichannel strategy (incl. channels orchestration, campaign plan and tactics) leveraging expertise on channel strategy and on integration of personal and non-personal channels.
- Performance measurement: Derive insights from analytical models and performance data to optimize channel mix and content for different customer segments. Maintain and monitor robust metrics for each campaign/ content
- Up-skilling: Coach Customer Strategists on existing and emerging omnichannel
- capabilities
- Work with brand teams, agencies, and other cross-functional partners (e.g., IT) to facilitate content creation, review, and deployment process.
- Champion derivative content (brand marketers will lead for latest content)
- Coach Customer Strategists on streamlined/agile ways of working and modular content creation approach.
Purpose/Objective of the Job
- Support seamless interaction between the brand (Marketing, Medical, Access) teams, Worldwide Production and Omnichannel Capabilities teams, Business Information and Analytics, matrix teams and agencies.
- Partners with business on development of brand omnichannel strategy delivering channel insights and tactical recommendations and leading execution of digital brand campaigns, tactics, and programs to drive operational effectiveness, business impact and meet objectives.
- Leverage Omnichannel Capabilities, enterprise standards and best practices to drive customer engagement for the brand.
