As a Pharmacist at our Brentwood Hospital, you’ll be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council and you’ll have proven post-qualification experience. It’s also important that you have excellent communication and people skills, as you’ll be working closely with our patients and a variety of clinical staff.
As a Pharmacist, you will:

- Offer services to a range of departments, including the pre-assessment clinic, outpatient department, ward and theatres

Our modern, well-equipped hospital provides a range of services and treatments from outpatients and minor procedures through to inpatients and major surgical specialties. Hospital facilities include 42 beds, 4 Theatres, an Endoscopy Suite, 16 consulting rooms, MRI, CT, General Imaging, Pathology, Physiotherapy, and an onsite Pharmacy. We are established as one of the leading providers of healthcare in the area and have just completed a major refurbishment of the Endoscopy Unit. Please note working Saturday will be a part of this role, due to clinical demand
Overtime
For clinical roles grade 9 and below, the overtime is at a standard rate of pay. For unsocial hours, you’ll be paid an additional enhancement to your salary at the following rates: Nights Hours worked between 7pm and 7am on any day of the week, 30% of basic hourly rate. Weekends Hours worked between 7am and 7pm on a Saturday or Sunday, 20% of basic hourly rate. Bank Holidays Hours worked between midnight and midnight of a bank holiday, 100% of basic hourly rate.
