Pharmacy Manager – Autonomous Private Hospital
Salary: Up to £57,000, Plus benefits
Hours: Full time, Monday – Friday, 37.5 Hours per week

This Private Hospital has several specialties including paediatrics, oncology, cardiology, ophthalmology, and urology. My client is searching for a diligent Pharmacy Manager to lead their collaborative Pharmacy Department.
The successful candidate will possess strong management and leadership skills and will be an effective communicator. If you have proven management experience within a Pharmaceutical environment, this may be the role for you!

What you’ll be doing
- Lead and motivate the Pharmacy team.
- Provide leadership on medicines management.
- Undertake ward rounds.
- Maintain high-level standards held by the facility.
- Ensure that errors and complaints are handled effectively.
What you’ll bring
- Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
- Excellent Interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of oncology pharmacy.
- Previous management experience within a pharmaceutical setting.
- Ability to work diligently and use initiative.
- Strong communication skills.
Location
This hospital is located in Oxford- commutable from London, Reading, Cheltenham, and Luton.
