Compass Associates are delighted to be working with a leading healthcare provider in their search for a Pharmacy Manager for their hospital based in Ipswich. The beautifully situated hospital provides high-quality healthcare across a range of different specialities including Orthopaedics, Ophthalmology and Neurology as well as offering clinics and services in Men's and Women's Health, Outpatients and Pain Management.
The hospital are currently searching for an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to provide their pharmaceutical knowledge and experience in ensuring the care of the patients at the hospital. You will be responsible for supervising the procurement, preparation, dispensation & distribution of medicines to patients while providing standard of care through the medical management service. You will be ensuring the pharmacy department operates in a timely and consistent manner whilst overseeing the general running of the service, providing clinical input where necessary.

Requirements
- Degree in Pharmacy MPharm, BSc or BPharm.
- Previous experience in Hospital and Ward settings.
- Previous experience working in a senior role within a Pharmacy service.
- GpHC Registration.
- Passion for high quality care.
- Motivated individual.
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
- High sense of personal responsibility.
Location
The hospital is located in Ipswich - commutable from Colchester, Bury St Edmunds, Felixstowe, Lowestoft, Clacton-on-Sea and Braintree.
