You will play a vital role in bringing our client's visions to life through your expertise in capturing high-quality images. Key Responsibilities • Capture high-quality, evocative photographs in various settings, including studio and on-location shoots. • Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements, delivering tailored photographic solutions. • Edit and retouch photographs to meet professional standards and client expectations. • Maintain and manage photography equipment, ensuring all tools are in excellent working condition. • Stay updated with industry trends and techniques to continually improve and innovate in your work. • Work closely with the creative team to align photography projects with overall creative direction and branding. • Organise and archive photographic assets for easy access and future use. Essential • Proven experience as a photographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of work. • Proficiency in photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom. • Excellent understanding of camera equipment, lighting, and composition techniques. • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members. • A strong work ethic and determined personality. You are someone who does the job properly and does not like to cut corners. • Patient and caring and confident with babies. • Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics. • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Desirable • Experience in a specific photography niche such as portrait, commercial, or event photography. • Familiarity with video production and editing. • Skills in graphic design or other related creative fields. • Knowledge of current photography trends and technologies.
