- A Bachelor's degree in Physics or a related field, along with a recognized teaching qualification
- Proven experience teaching Physics at the primary or secondary level
- Sound knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents/guardians
- Innovative and creative approach to teaching, incorporating a variety of teaching methods and resources
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to effectively manage time and resources
- Up-to-date knowledge of pedagogical practices and a commitment to continuous professional development
