Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver Physics lessons effectively, catering to the diverse learning needs of students
- Create engaging and interactive learning experiences that promote student participation and understanding
- Assess and provide feedback on student performance, monitoring their progress and supporting individual needs
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and resources
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student growth and development
- Communicate with parents and guardians, providing updates on student progress and addressing any concerns
- Stay updated on curriculum changes and educational advancements, continuously developing teaching skills
- Bachelor's degree in Physics or a related field
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification
- Experience teaching Physics at the secondary level, preferably in a UK school setting
- Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment methods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire students
- Strong organizational and time management skills
