Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality Physics lessons that cater to the individual needs of students
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Plan and prepare lessons in accordance with the national curriculum
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing appropriate feedback and support
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies
- Actively participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behavior, and achievement
- Bachelor's degree in Physics or a related field
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Proven experience teaching Physics at the secondary level
- Excellent knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively engage and motivate students
- Organizational and time management skills to effectively manage workload
- Commitment to continuous professional development
