They are looking for a Senior / Principal Consultant to spearhead the permanent Cloud desk in European markets.
You will be responsible for building your own portfolio of clients & candidates and selling a range of their products from contingency, retained and TAAS (Talent as a Service).
At all times, you will be looking to provide an exceptional level of service, measured by Net Promoter Score, whilst also beginning to build out a high performing Recruitment team.
This desk has been built up for a number a years and breeds top billers year in year out. With an average placement value of £20,000, standard terms of business at 30% and uncapped commission up to 30%, your earning potential in this role is unlimited!
This opportunity has a clear path for you to fast track your career into a Director level position, with share options / wealth creation scheme availability.
The Current team size sits at 3, with plans to grow to 6 heads this year. - Up to £40,000 basic salary + uncapped commission (up to 30%) + team override.
