Your Role as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant:
During your placement year, you will:
- Advertise & Source Candidates: Learn to identify and approach suitable candidates, manage applications, conduct interviews, and shortlist candidates.
- Client & Candidate Relationships: Build strong relationships to provide top-notch service and generate repeat business opportunities.
- Lead Generation: Develop leads through various sources and market research.
- Networking: Engage with your specific market to build a robust network.
- Interviewing: Conduct candidate interviews and screenings.
- Client Meetings: Participate in client meetings to understand their needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
- Target Achievement: Work towards targets and deadlines in a dynamic setting.
- Sales & Marketing Techniques: Use sales, business development, and marketing strategies to attract business.
