Job Description

We are currently looking to recruit a driven and ambitious Planning Associate Solicitor to join our development team on a full time or part time basis. The position will be based at our office in Leamington Spa with hybrid working.

Job Responsibilities:


  • Advising on complex planning law matters
  • Highways and planning agreements
  • Planning due diligence
  • Planning appeals
  • Planning enforcement
  • A keen interest in business development
  • Ensure the retention of good clients through appropriate client management and service delivery.
  • Support key events to secure profitable new clients, cross sell opportunities and increase the Firm’s profile
  • Ensure clients receive accurate, up-to-date legal advice that takes account of their circumstances and represents "value for money”




Person Specification:



  • Strong background as a Planning Solicitor or similar
  • Excellent client and team communication skills
  • Desire to play a key role in the future of the development team.
  • Be able to deliver succinct, quality and tailored advice to key clients.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work both autonomously and as a team player and will have high levels of motivation.
  • Able to proactively identify issues and develop solutions
