What you’ll do on a typical day: Plan labour across the entirety of the operation for both core and agency colleagues to meet daily volume targets and agreed KPI’s Reduce labour cost throughout year by 2% by utilising thorough planning methods to best deliver on performance and service Assist senior management throughout the budgeting process to ensure best service is always offered Develop planning tools to be used across the operation to support effective staffing levels What you need to succeed at GXO: Experience in development and implementation of planning models Excellent communication skills and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel Experience working in a 3PL fast-moving planning environment Knowledge of statistical analysis and able to translate this into meaningful information
