Planning Solicitor - (Junior to Mid-Level) -
A very exciting opportunity for a Solicitor with a solid grounding in a good range of Planning matters to join a leading law firm in a great central Manchester location.
The career prospects here are excellent and you will be joining a well run and highly professional team dealing with a wide spectrum of Planning work for some really interesting clients. This is a very high quality firm and candidates should have experience gained within a reputable firm.
There is some flexibility here and we would very much like to hear from candidates from 1 years PQE upwards to mid-level, who have specific experience in the field of Planning.
The department's work includes advising on all aspects of planning issues, including drafting, negotiating, litigating, policy and political advice. There is a varied and interesting client base ranging from residential developers, house builders, commercial organisations, PRS developers, local authorities, investors and landowners.
