New opportunity for a Planning and Consenting lawyer to join an international law firm. Applicants will have at least 3 years of PQE in work involving all or any of the Electricity Act 1989, the Town and Country Planning Acts, Planning Act 2008, the Transport and Works Acts, harbour orders, compulsory acquisition/purchase and compensation matters, EIA/HRA, inquiries/examinations and judicial review. The role could be based in Edinburgh or Glasgow.
Join a team that is advising on some of the country’s most high profile projects, covering all forms of energy, such as offshore wind, large scale solar, carbon capture plants, nuclear, energy networks, interconnectors and pipelines, and infrastructure, such as water infrastructure, flood defence, airports, new roads, rail, and rapid transit systems.
You will encounter a broad range of work in Scotland and across the UK, (with the potential to get involved in international advice too) acting for a range of market leading and high profile clients on large and nationally significant projects.
