Job Description
Copello are currently looking for a Plant Manager for a defence services business based in Farnborough.
This role will oversee the shop floor management, ensuring delivery on-time, to quality and cost, whilst also supporting growth activities with a focus on delivery and profitability.
Delivery to customer orders through manufacturing, focusing on quality and to time constraints.
Ensuring machines are fully-functioning, being serviced, or business cases put forward for upgrades, replacements, etc.
Supporting back-office activities and company growth.
Site or Plant management experience would be an advantage
A solid background in Manufacturing
This role would suit a Plant/Site Manager or Operations Manager wanting to take ownership of a site and grow with the business, or an experience Production Manager looking for career growth and development.
This role requires on-site working full time, and eligibility for BPSS. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.
