What s in it for you as a Production / Plant Operator: Competitive base salary of £29,000 per annum + Monthly Bonuses Comprehensive employee benefits program Permanent position Conveniently located in Luton, Bedfordshire Key responsibilities: Reporting to the Plant Manager, your key responsibilities will include: Weighbridge and Mixer Operation Performing general maintenance and housekeeping tasks around the site Experience/Qualifications: NVQ in Production Engineering or Time-Served.
Previous experience working in a coating or similar production environment is preferred Good understanding of industry Health, Safety and Environmental standards Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team Flexible, reliable, and enthusiastic Ability to work in an extremely busy team environment Fitting skills / Mechanical experience would be an added advantage
