Plant Maintenance Group Lead

Outsource UK is looking to recruit a Plant Maintenance Group Lead to work for a global manufacturing organisation on a permanent basis in West Yorkshire.
Working at an upper-tier COMAH facility you will be responsible for the execution of maintenance and outage planning, this will involve leading/managing 30 (4 key direct reports) by challenging current processes ensuring they are fit for purpose, and delivering safety and reliability in a cost effective manner.
Skills required
Relevant Engineering Background (mechanical, electrical, chemical, process engineering)
Strong Engineering Management experience
Maintenance Management
Change Management
Previous experience delivering cost effective, safe, and reliable plant operations
Ability to challenge the status quo with regard to Cost, Safety, and Reliability.
Strong Business Acumen
