PLATFORM ADMINISTRATOR Employee Benefits

LOCATION: Manchester

Salary up to £35,000

A Platform Technician is required to work for our client, a European Insurance Broker who have an established Employee Benefits Team across their three UK offices.

This role will be to oversee and manage the online technical platform solution to meet with their clients demands and needs covering all aspects of their Group Scheme Employee Benefits arrangements including Flexible Benefits.

General Responsibilities will include;
Manage the implementation of clients, together with their benefit arrangements on the Connect Platform
Manage the reporting requirements for clients on the Platform for the Client Advisor Team to administer monthly
Provide support and training to the Client Advisor Team in relation to the reporting requirements
Deal with Technical queries in relation to the Connect Platform from the internal team and, also, directly from employers and employees.
Support the team with day-to-day platform queries, resetting passwords etc.
Support the Consultants and attend meetings to demo the Connect Platform. Update and develop the demo on an ongoing basis.
Work with the Consultants in relation to enrolment windows to ensure a project plan is created with timelines clearly detailed.
Own each enrolment window, update the Connect Platform and provide wording for sign off by the consultant.
Create check list for enrolment windows with dates detailed for audit purposes.
Ensure all documents utilised through the enrolment window are zipped and saved to Acturis, once live, and removed from the V:Drive.
Attend clients offices to be on site at enrolment windows if required.
Build processes and procedures around all the reporting and regular activities to ensure a robust system is created.
Follow the internal Employee Benefits processes and procedures to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the team by working cohesively.
Candidates applying for the role will ideally have some form of Platform Administration experience gained within the Financial Services industry. Those from a Pensions / Employee Benefits background are of strong interest.
