Why choose us?

With around 450 employees we're a sizeable firm that still continues to grow, known for its friendly and welcoming culture where team work and collaboration is key, watch this short video to see what our people have to say about us.

For safety at this time our people are working remotely, though everyone is looking forward to getting back to the office at least part time, where our lovely culture is clear to see. We work hard but we also have fun and we're missing that social interaction with each other that really embeds our culture. That said, we have video meeting capability so we can still stay in contact as much as possible. This unusual time has proved we can work effectively as a business from home if needs be, so whilst we don't yet know how things will look when we return to our offices, what we do know now, is we can discuss the individual flexible needs for every employee and team without agility barriers.

We offer a competitive salary, holiday allowance that increases after 12 months with the firm, contribute to your pension pot, have an informal dress code which allows you to dress appropriately for your day no matter what day it is, give you private healthcare and life assurance, as well as offering a range of discounts with local businesses and with so many excellent internal training programmes on offer to everyone it's so easy to develop and improve your skills.

We’re passionate about creating an inclusive workplace that promotes and values diversity, we're striving to create an environment where everyone, regardless of background, can reach their full potential.

Perhaps you are a qualified solicitor or a legal executive looking to qualify or become a licensed conveyancer. You may even be a commercial property solicitor looking to make the move to new development work. Or you may not be qualified at all, but have worked for a developer and that's sparked your interest to work on the other side of the residential sales process.
