Main duties of the job

We are looking for a Band 5 podiatrist to join Guy's and St Thomas' Community Foot Health team in the London boroughs of Lambeth and Southwark.

Our service involves treating a diverse patient cohort, many of whom have complex needs. We are looking for enthusiastic podiatrists who will strive to meet our exemplary standards of care.

Patient care also takes place in patients' own homes and the role will include two days of home visits a week. We provide all our clinical staff with a laptop for accessing our IT infrastructure from anywhere and you will have access to our fleet of pool cars for undertaking home visits so you will not be expected to use your own car.

Our senior podiatrists will closely support and mentor you in developing your clinical skills, expertise and learning needs. We expect you to be able to work both as part of a team and autonomously and to be an effective communicator.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the UK's largest NHS Trust providers in one of the most dynamic and exciting cities in the world . So If you believe you are forward thinking, dedicated and are keen to develop further then we would be very interested to hear from you. We welcome applications from new graduates.
