An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Trades and Labour Recruitment Consultant to work for one of the UK's largest independent recruitment agencies. With offices spanning the UK they are one of the trusted names in the industry and experts in several fields. The successful candidate will be based in Willenhall. The office currently has a team of 6. This is a warm desk but you will also be bringing in new business.

As the Trades and Labour Consultant you will be responsible for:

> Winning and developing new business by means of sales calls > Sourcing and interviewing candidates from the Construction industry > Adhere to strict compliance guidelines > Maximising all business potential > Updating and maintaining the company database > Developing strong relationships with both the client and candidate  Person Specification > Preferably one years recruitment experience in the construction industry > Proven sales experience > Target driven > Hunger to succeed in a competitive market

Educated to A-Level standard
