Waterstream and Compass Pools - Swimming Pool Engineer
Waterstream and Compass Pools, the leading swimming pool retailer in the UK, are looking to recruit enthusiastic Swimming Pool Engineers into their installation department based in Horsham on a full-time basis. You will join a rapidly growing team and help deliver luxury fibreglass Swimming Pools throughout the UK as a multi-skilled installation Engineer. Our business is growing at a double-digit rate in an industry that is going from strength to strength. By volume of pools installed, we are the largest pool installer in the UK by a long way. You will work in an environment where no day is the same and will be expected to be flexible and a team player committed to driving towards a common goal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Will need to be a process-driven individual with keen attention to detail and the ability to use hand and power tools
- The ability to problem-solve issues and maximise quality for their discerning clients
- A successful candidate must have a full driving licence and be happy to work outside in all weathers, working across the UK, reporting directly to Project Management
- Landscaping and Groundwork's experience would be advantageous but not essential
