Job Description
This sector leading client side employer is looking to recruit a portfolio asset manager to manage a unique portfolio across the East of England. This role will see you operating autonomously, managing your own diary, and visiting assets across the portfolio to manage the landlord tenant relationship. You will manage all aspects of the estate including contract negotiations, rent reviews, lease renewals, sub leasing landlord consents, service charges and leasing.
This is an opportunity to be involved with a unique portfolio, where as a proven negotiator you will have the opportunity to add value and contribute to the success of the portfolio. Ideally MRICS, although not essential, you will ideally live in the Anglian Region and be happy to travel to sites when required.
