S Posted byRecruiterThis highly dynamic and successful real estate business is looking to add a Portfolio Monitoring Analyst to the team. You will be responsible for the monitoring a portfolio of existing real estate loans through client interaction, assessment of borrower’s performance and forecasts, and in-depth understanding of industry. Highlighting potential risks, monitoring early warning systems and initiating steps towards risk mitigation. This will extend acrossCredit Risk Monitoring - Conducting detailed assessment of existing loan book on a regular basis to identify risk triggers and initiate risk mitigation process. - Assisting with the development, monitoring and management of detailed dashboards covering financial statement analysis, variance analysis, covenant analysis, credit metrics, etc. - Conducting sensitivity and scenario analysis on projections for stress testing on portfolio. - Creating monitoring reports and annual review reports with key metrics. Client Servicing and Loan Management - Assist in monitoring and managing the existing portfolio of real estate loans - Be the first point of contact for existing lending clients for requests relating to drawdowns, new money, amendments to existing loans (incl. covenants, extensions, etc.) loan related information and queries, etc. - Perform loan booking operations, including in life loan management activities, reviewing legal documents and supporting payment operations - Support investor management function by drafting investor updates based on latest management info and development progress reports. You will likely possess 1-3 years’ experience in a similar position ideally with some experience in Credit or Loans as well as some junior accountancy skills. Job ID MJ070224
