The Job -Oversee all aspects of husbandry, ensuring stock meets the highest standards in weight, quality, and welfare. -Manage commercial and financial aspects of the farm, working within financial and physical budgets. -Maintain the highest standards of bird welfare, ensuring it’s at the forefront of all operations. -Uphold the professional integrity and appearance of the farm and dwellings at all times.
