Power Electronics Control and Firmware Engineer

We are seeking a Power Electronics Control and Firmware Engineer who will be responsible for hardware integration for low-power drives and lower than 5kW DC/DC converters and coding of the controller firmware using C/C++.
Other responsibilities will include:
- Detailed Design of communication interfaces and control algorithms
- validation of the Detailed Design by simulation, analysis and breadboarding
- Definition and Design of Test Set-Up / Test SW
To be considered for this Power Electronics Control and Firmware Engineer vacancy you will need a degree in electronics and electrical engineering and proven background in the following:
- Skills in digital control of SMPS and CAN, RS-485,-422,-232 Protocols
- Good understanding of power supplies, principles of DC-DC converters and experience working with instrumentation and lab equipment
- Experience with power processing electronics circuits, utilizing FPGAs and real-time microcontrollers (e.g., C2000).
