Job Description

Prospero Teaching are urgently recruiting for a qualified teacher to work at a Primary School in the Bordesley Green area of Birmingham.

You will be covering PPA time teaching classes from EYFS to Year 6 - you must be comfortable teaching and covering the full primary age range.

This is a long-term role due to start on the second week of September, we are looking for a teacher who is willing to work 4 or 5 days per week.

CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS

Location - Bordesley Green. Birmingham Position - PPA Cover Teacher Type of work - PPA Cover - EYFS - KS2 Contract or position start date - September 2024 Duration / Likely Duration - Ongoing Contract or position end date (if applicable) - Ongoing Contract type (temp/perm/temp to perm) - Temporary/Long Term Full time/part time - 4 or 5 days per week Minimum rate of pay - Minimum rate GBP150 per day Hours - 8:30 am - 4pm : Mon - Fri (term time only)

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS

QTS Teaching experience in the UK/UK Curriculum/EYFS - KS2 knowledge and experience Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

Hold Right to Work in the UK Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application Provide two professional child related references that cover at least the last two years
