We're hiring for a Display Executive as part of our International digital hub in London.

Purpose of the Role

As Display Executive your role will be to ensure best in class delivery across the team's portfolio of clients, working both closely with your manager and the rest of your team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of your Display campaigns as well as supporting, coaching and mentoring junior team members to produce work to the highest of standards, in line with agency values.

Success will be measured through meeting and exceeding client targets both in terms of results as well as maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. You will also produce case studies to showcase your work and help the agency demonstrate excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute display campaigns including, but not limited to; account setup, organisation and management
  • Audit, review and analyse reports, leading optimisation efforts to meet campaign objectives
  • Lead creative services initiatives including creative specifications and competitive analysis
  • Monitor industry changes and translate into actionable recommendations
  • Build strong relationships across client services team and with the client, contributing to weekly client calls
  • Look at trends in results data, providing commentary and actions and investigating variances in results using relevant industry tools, providing the 'why' and potential remedies

Qualifications + Skills

  • Experience in managing digital media campaigns
  • Exceptionally strong at handling data, with a good general understanding of how each channel impacts one another
  • Good display marketing knowledge, with experience of app vendors and products
  • Passionate about the internet and technology, with a keen interest in the development of Display as a channel, keeping track of new developments within the industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to adapt communication styles to suit the audience of internal and external stakeholders

What we offer

This is a permanent role. The team is based in our London office but operates under flexible working arrangements. Currently the team are in the office twice a week, on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
