A thriving luxury brand (100% YoY growth, £50M revenue) is looking for a PPC Manager. You'll join their performance marketing team and become the architect of their success across Google & Bing, including Search, Performance Max, Display, and YouTube campaigns.

Managing a substantial budget (£3.5m) you’ll use your expertise to develop and implement innovative test-and-learn initiatives, conduct in-depth keyword research to target the perfect audience, craft strategic campaigns for maximum impact, and analysing data to continually optimise performance.

Key Tasks Involve:
- Conduct in-depth keyword research encompassing the entire product range, including future releases.
- Develop engaging ad copy and visuals tailored to specific audience segments and the brand’s tone of voice
- Implement effective strategies for budget allocation and bid management. This will guarantee achievement of Return-On-Ad-Spend (ROAS) targets within set budgets, maximising campaign efficiency.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Utilise advanced analytics tools to track, analyse, and report on key performance metrics (KPIs).
- Generate regular reports (daily, weekly, monthly) detailing campaign performance, valuable insights, and actionable
- Conduct regular competitor analyses, staying informed about similar brands' activities and broader industry trends.
- Evolving Keyword Targeting: Continuously refine and expand keyword targeting and lists to maximise campaign visibility
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to improve landing pages, specifically for paid search traffic.
- Contribute to A/B testing to consistently improve conversion rates.
PPC Manager – Experience Required:
- 4+ years of experience managing PPC campaigns across Google Ads and other platforms.
- Proven ability to set up, run, and optimise PPC campaigns for maximum impact.
- Skilled at analysing data to gain insights and improve campaign performance.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to ensure success.
- Open to learning new advertising channels like Paid Social, Affiliate Marketing, and SEO.
