Our client, a dynamic PR and communications agency based in Bristol, is on the lookout for an experienced Account Director to head their Beauty Division. About the Role: This full-time, hybrid role is perfect for someone looking to step into their first Director position or for a seasoned professional eager to return to a hands-on, impactful role within the beauty and wellness industry. You’ll be leading a talented team, building strong client relationships, and overseeing creative campaigns that make a real difference.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a dedicated team in the beauty division, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Develop and execute strategic PR campaigns for top-tier beauty clients.
  • Leverage your extensive network of beauty media contacts and influencers to amplify client messages.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive growth within the division.
  • Oversee the creative direction of PR campaigns, ensuring they align with client goals and budgets.
  • Provide expert crisis management and problem-solving support to clients.


What We’re Looking For:

  • 8+ years of PR experience (agency or client side), with a strong background in beauty or aesthetic medicine.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • A robust network within the beauty industry, with a history of securing impactful media coverage.
  • Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to inspire and lead innovative PR campaigns.
