Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a dedicated team in the beauty division, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Develop and execute strategic PR campaigns for top-tier beauty clients.
- Leverage your extensive network of beauty media contacts and influencers to amplify client messages.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive growth within the division.
- Oversee the creative direction of PR campaigns, ensuring they align with client goals and budgets.
- Provide expert crisis management and problem-solving support to clients.
What We’re Looking For:
- 8+ years of PR experience (agency or client side), with a strong background in beauty or aesthetic medicine.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- A robust network within the beauty industry, with a history of securing impactful media coverage.
- Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen.
- Creative mindset with the ability to inspire and lead innovative PR campaigns.
