What You'll Be Doing:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement PR strategies that align with client goals.
- Team Oversight: Ensure the team delivers high-quality work on time, every time.
- Client Liaison: Be the go-to contact, nurturing strong client relationships and trust.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of PR campaigns, from concept to execution and evaluation.
- Mentorship: Inspire and mentor junior team members, helping them thrive in their roles.
What’s Needed:
- Proven experience as a PR Account Director or higher, possibly up to Associate Director level
- A strategic thinker with a creative edge.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- A passion for PR and a finger on the pulse of industry trends.
