Due to our exciting growth, we are looking to strengthen our marketing team at our tight-knit head office team in Camden. The Ideal Candidate We are looking for a dynamic and strategic PR & Communications Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving our brand’s visibility through innovative PR strategies, influencer collaborations, and strategic partnerships. Proven experience in PR and Communications within the fashion, luxury, or lifestyle sectors, with a track record of securing top-tier media coverage. Established relationships with fashion editors, journalists, influencers, and celebrity stylists, with the ability to leverage these connections for brand visibility. Ability to develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies that align with brand goals and drive impactful results. Demonstrated experience in planning and executing high-profile events, from store events to product launches, ensuring seamless logistics and media coverage. Excellent analytical skills with experience in managing budgets, setting KPIs, and evaluating PR performance metrics to maximize ROI. Job Description Lead the development and execution of the overall PR and communications strategy, aligning with broader company goals. Collaborate with PR agencies to secure high-quality media coverage in top-tier fashion publications. Manage relationships with key fashion editors, journalists, and media outlets to enhance brand visibility. Prepare and distribute press releases, media kits, and PR materials. Act as the main point of contact between the brand and PR agencies, overseeing all PR activities. Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-profile celebrities, influencers, and stylists for brand endorsements. Plan and coordinate brand events, store activations, and product launches. Support influencer marketing efforts, including content creation, partnership agreements, and campaign tracking. Facilitate collaborations with local influencers and celebrities for in-store and event activations. Oversee the management and distribution of PR sample sets, ensuring efficient processes and timely returns. Coordinate with the digital team to optimize PR content for search engines and digital platforms. Support the affiliate strategy by managing relationships with press, blogs, and content affiliates. Collaborate with wholesale partners, providing marketing support and aligning materials with overall brand strategy. Conduct market research to identify brand partnership opportunities with complementary brands and artists. Develop partnership proposals and pitch collaboration ideas to potential partners. Manage the PR budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and maximum ROI. Establish clear objectives and KPIs for PR activities and report on performance. Assist in forecasting gifting and PR/event budgets, ensuring alignment with brand goals. Create weekly and monthly PR reports to share with the wider team and stakeholders.
