About The Role

We are looking for a PR and Retail Marketing Executive to join our Phase Eight brand. This is an all-encompassing role which will see you focus on supporting the delivery of our PR and retail marketing strategy.

The PR and Retail Marketing Team are accountable for getting our Phase Eight name out there to as many people as possible from securing press, celebrity, and influencer coverage to running events and sourcing great partnerships. They are also running our organic social channels. This opportunity will see you increase brand awareness, boost brand perception and drive footfall to our stores and traffic to our website.

Key accountabilities within PR and retail marketing include:

  • Proactively manage the influencer gifting strategy, research relevant influencers and foster ambassador relationships.
  • Build and maintain the press and influencer database, collaborating with the content team to share influencer assets.
  • Assist the PR & Retail Marketing manager with the planning and execution of VIP and influencer partnerships and store opening campaigns across the business.
  • Work with the Content team to create and capture engaging, sharable social-first content of our retail stores and our colleagues.
  • Compile and distribute weekly and monthly PR reports, keeping track of competitor activities and industry trends.

About You

This is an exciting opportunity for a PR/Retail Marketing professional to take that next step in their career. We are looking for the PR and Retail Marketing Executive to demonstrate a strong understanding of the fashion media landscape, including print and digital. Experience within a fashion and/or lifestyle brand is advantageous. We will need you to plan, organise and prioritise tasks effectively under pressure, understanding shifting priorities and equally comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
