<p><b>This a fantastic opportunity for an individual who has a background to join this communications and strategy agency who are at the top of their field in the beauty industry, working with some of the biggest names in the world.</b></p><p><b>THE COMPANY</b></p><p>Our client is an industry-leading beauty specialist business, encompassing: strategy creative, communications and more.</p><p><b>THE ROLE</b></p><p>As Strategist, you will be responsible for a variety of projects across both existing and new business pitches.</p><p>Key responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Research, curate and present on current and future trends, for the purposes of presenting to the agency and agency clients</li><li>Produce regular insight and trends reports, creating presentations where required, executed to the highest of standards</li><li>Utilise multiple data sources (qualitative and quantitative) to analyse existing and new clients’ business areas and identify opportunities brand, creative, and PR communications strategies</li><li>Comprehensively dissect client briefs, identify the client and consumer issues, to set a tone for strategies across the brand</li><li>Ideate and brief campaign ideas to Creative and Communication teams</li><li>Make recommendations based off of Social Media Listening, Social Media Management, Audience Analysis and Digital Analytics Tools</li><li>Stay up to date on all relevant category innovations, trends and relevant voices, which will be used to help inform the wider business.</li></ul><p><b>THE PERSON</b></p><p>For this role, you will need extensive experience agency side ideally from a PR Management, Social Media, Marketing Communications and Brand Strategy background, along with a passion for the beauty industry.</p><p>You will need an in-depth understanding of Social Media Analytic tools, which you will need to be able to interpret and succinctly report these finding to management and clients.</p><p><b>NEXT STEP</b></p><p>If your skills & experience fit the above requirements and you would like to talk to us about this role, please apply online attaching your CV in WORD format.</p><p><b>WHAT TO EXPECT</b></p><ul><li> Searchlight only advertises active roles </li><li> Your details will be sent directly to the Consultant who is handling this role </li><li> We aim to respond to candidates within 14 days. </li></ul><p>If this role isn’t quite right, but you would like us to have your CV on file, please send it to sroffice@searchlight.com .</p><p><b>Searchlight strives to promote equal opportunities for all.
