Practice Bookkeeper/Payroller

£27-32,000
Within this established 2 Partner Croydon firm of chartered accountants this role will be 50% bookkeeping vs 50% payroll based including
• Preparing payroll, VAT returns and bookkeeping (recording of financial transactions) for clients
• Provide regular financial reports to our clients (weekly, monthly and yearly)
• Performing bank reconciliations, processing receipts and payments
• Maintaining sales & purchase ledgers
• Preparing suggested payment run files for client approval
• Assisting with the preparation of management accounts
• Annual reconciliations
• Ensure timely processing of payroll
You are AAT/ACCA part qualified currently working with a practice with strong bookkeeping and payroll background and exposure to Sage, Xero and QuickBooks.
